Shakespeare Underground at Kents Cavern - The Tempest

Critics were wowed by Macbeth and Midsummer Night's Dream underground and Butterfly Productions are back with another Shakespeare classic.
A promenade performance led by the actors around the labyrinth of underground passages. Totally unique.
The audience is led around the caves as the play is performed around. Performances lasts just over an hour and theatre goers must be able to walk unaided around the caves.
Time: Performances at 6:00pm, 7:15pm and 8:30pm

Bat Walk at Greenway

Bats are an important part of our natural heritage, and are clear indicators of a green and healthy environment, and the future of this misunderstood creature is directly linked to our quality of life and the quality of our environment. Being the only flying mammal in existence, they account for more than a quarter of the mammal species in the UK, many flourishing in Devon.
So why not come along for a walk and talk with a local bat expert, and find out more about our incredible winged friends.

How well do you know Dartmouth? I mean really, how well? Can you recognise that weather vane, that stone portico, where is that sign situated? We walk past all these places every day, but can you remember where exactly they are?!
Come and test your knowledge in this Dartmouth picture quiz & enjoy an Alf’s Rustic Supper at the same time. There will also be a raffle. All the proceeds from this evening go to Rowcroft Hospice.

Circling the Dart Walk...... (South Devon AONB)
Sunday 19th June – 10am-4.30pm
Take a magical walk beside the River Dart – on both its shores, with Fiona Campbell.
Following the Dart Valley Trail, from Dartmouth to Dittisham, you’ll cross by ferry, learn about some edible wild plants and hear some history of Greenway.
8 miles, some steep hills. Please bring a packed lunch, plus £3.30 per adult & £2.20 per child for ferry fares. Adults £4, children £2. Meet in the park and ride car park, off the A3122 Townstal, Dartmouth.
Britannia Royal Naval College Volunteer Band Summer Concert
In the Casper John Hall, BRNC, 7.30pm
Tickets £8 available from the Dartmouth Tourist Information Centre.
For civilian members there will be no entry to the college without a ticket. Tickets must be obtained before the concert. A coach shuttle service will pick up from NatWest Bank and the Park & Ride adjacent to the Leisure Centre from 1820 to 1920 and return you on completion of the concert. Please arrive early to avoid delays.
Dartmouth Classic Sailing Regatta - 25th June to 2nd July 2011

The Classic Channel Regatta is a unique event which features a combination of two days racing round the buoys of Dartmouth, two passage races in the Channel and two Round the Island races, one round Ile de Brehat at Paimpol and one round Sark in the Channel Islands.
